  • Adopt daily status meeting and eschew traditional project planning
  • Implement quick-hit initiatives
  • Create cross-functional teams to implement the initiatives
  • Provide iterative training and communication with impacted staff
  • Seek assistance from existing business partners
  • Have contingency plans for inevitable implementation deadline issues.
