In order to accurately judge where we were at any given time, we had to have quantitative metrics and be able to report on them. During the course of the project I developed a number of reports and graphs that we used every week. The first is a graph tracking the contractor’s systems testing progress (actual vs. baseline). The second is a chart detailing the progress of system error correction. The columns refer to the subsystems undergoing testing.
