One of my primary responsibilities and the end result of my data collection and analysis was the production of a monthly management report on the Department’s activities. Following the cover page are four sample pages from one such report. The first two contain various breakdowns on the outpatient clinics’ activities from my system. The last two are summary graphics I developed to illustrate the Department’s activity.
