These are two sample maps from my work as company cartographer. The first shows primary care physician coverage in the Bronx by zip code. A covered zip is defined as being within three miles of a both a PCP (primary care physician) site and an OB/GYN site. The second is a zip code snapshot of Brooklyn showing underserved medical coverage (as defined by the City and State of New York) and the location of our plan’s practice sites.
