The largest component of the operations manual effort was writing the claims resolution pages. The below was an attempt to capture both the level of effort and timeline required for that evolution. There were up to eight pieces of information required to complete the resolution page for each edit and audit, depending on whether they pended or not, and each of these pieces of information was given a standard time to create. The total number of hours and the progress of that multi-month effort is captured in the color-coded spreadsheets and graphs.
